Wellington Apiary

Founded in 2009 in Hobart, Tasmania, Wellington Apiary is dedicated to reflecting the unique flora of its southern Tasmanian surroundings. The range of honeys produced by Wellington is 100% natural, cold-extracted, and coarsely filtered, with no heat treatment. This process allows the pollen, flavour, and aromas from the honey’s natural goodness to be retained, just as the bees intended.
